If your age is under 18 as of February 1,2008, you are not eligible to participate in this contest.
Jollywood.in reserves the right, at their sole discretion,
to modify, cancel, suspend and/or terminate this promotion in whole or in part at any time
during the promotion period for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation,
in the event that the promotion is not capable of running as planned or as intended
by these Official Rules.
The prize is not redeemable in cash and must be accepted as awarded.
However, if two or more people achieve the same rating and placed in the top,
approximate cash equivalent of the prize will be distributed among all the winners.
The winner(s) shall be notified via e-mail. Winner(s) must claim their prize within 10 days of
the result declaration. If the winner(s) fail to claim the prize in 10 days, winner(s)
will forfeit the prize.
The winners would be adjudged solely on the basis of voting by users of Jollywood.in.
Voting shall only be valid during the contest period. Any votes made before or after the
voting period shall be considered null and void. In case of any dispute the decision of
the Jollywood.in. Moderators shall be considered final.
Contestants are free to promote their profiles and gather a voting audience for them.
However they are discouraged to follow unfair means such as using automated scripts, bots, etc.
If found using any unfair means, Jollywood.in reserves the right to eliminate any contestant
without prior notice.
By claiming the prize, the winner authorizes, without any additional compensation,
the use of his or her name and/or likeness and/or photograph and place of residence for
promotion and/or advertising purposes in any manner and in any medium which Jollywood.in
may deem appropriate.
In accepting the prize, the winner(s) acknowledges that Jollywood.in and its
affiliates may not be held liable for any loss, damages or injury associated with
accepting or using this prize.
Jollywood.in retains the rights, in its absolute and sole discretion, to make
substitutions of equivalent kind or approximate value in the event of the unavailability
of any prize or component of the prize for any reason whatsoever.
Contest is open to Indian residents only. The prize will be delivered in person
after verifying the identity of the person who posted the picture.
Contest Duration: The contest shall run from February 1, 2008 00:01 am IST to
February 29, 2008 11:59 pm IST. The winner shall be announced on March 3rd 2008 at 6:00 pm IST.
Limitations of Liability: Any and all taxes resulting from acceptance of the prizes
in this promotion are the responsibility of the winner(s). In no event will Jollywood.in, its
sponsors, affiliates, subsidiaries, and related companies, or their directors, officers,
employees, attorneys, agents and representatives, be responsible or liable for any damages or
losses of any kind, including, but not limited, direct, indirect, incidental, consequential or
punitive damages arising out of this promotion and/or the use of any prizes awarded hereunder.
Subject to the foregoing, in no event shall Jollywood.in,
its sponsors or any of their affiliates be liable or obligated with
respect to these Official Rules under any contract, negligence, strict
liability or other legal or equitable theory related to these Official Rules
for any amounts in excess of the value of the prizes offered hereunder.
Furthermore, Jollywood.in and its sponsors do not guarantee the performance of
any of the prizes in this promotion, or the components thereof. By participating
in this promotion, the entrants agree to hold Jollywood.in, its sponsors, their
parents, affiliates, subsidiaries, and related companies, or their directors, officers,
employees, attorneys, agents and representatives harmless against any and all claims,
damages and suits, whether they pertain to persons or property, resulting from the
behaviors, actions or claims of the entrants or winners, or anyone associated
with the entrants or winners in any way, where such claims, damages or suits
relate to this promotion, participation in this promotion, or its prize awards.
Conditions of Participation: All entrants agree to waive any right to claim any
ambiguity or error in these Official Rules, and agree to
abide by and be bound by these Official
Rules and the decisions of Jollywood.in and its sponsors whose decisions in all aspects of this

all other parts will remain valid and applicable.
